Our Story

All Saints Catholic School is a faith-filled family, with God as the center of all learning, inspired by the saints to grow in knowledge, love, respect, and service.

All Saints collaborates with families to provide quality 21st century education and Catholic faith formation to children from preschool through grade eight. We contribute to each child’s growth spiritually, academically, artistically, physically, socially and emotionally. We are dedicated to developing faith-filled, self-disciplined, life-long learners, prepared to serve the global community.

Where it all began

1973

Saints Cyril and Methodius and Saint Mary Magdalene, with roots dating back to 1903 and 1915 respectively, had nurtured faith and education through their schools, eventually merging to form Alter Elementary School in 1973.

1990

In 1990, All Saints Parish was born from the union of Saints Cyril and Methodius and Saint Mary Magdalene, long-standing pillars of Rossford’s Catholic community.

1991

Under the leadership of Fr. Joseph Steinbauer, the new parish—originally known as the Rossford Catholic Community—embraced its identity as All Saints. Mass schedules were consolidated, and plans for a unified church and school began to take shape.

1995

In 1995, the parish acquired 17 acres on Lime City Road, laying the groundwork for a modern campus.

1997

In 1997, All Saints Catholic School opened its doors on the new site, designed to meet the needs of 21st-century education.

2001-02

The addition of the McAlear Center in 2001 provided space for parish activities, while a new church, completed in 2002, united the campus as a spiritual home for the entire community.

Today

Today, All Saints continues to evolve, with recent initiatives including the All Saints Franciscan Garden and Turtle Habitat, fostering connections between school, parish, and community outreach. As we honor our past and embrace the future, All Saints remains dedicated to nurturing faith, education, and community for generations to come.
